To collect your keys when arriving between 14:00-22:00, please come to the office at Brackenbury Estates, 105 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 0NQ.

If you are arriving after 22:00 or at the weekend please get in contact with us in advance to arrange key collection. You can use the contact details found on your booking confirmation.

For non-refundable bookings payment is required at the time of booking, for all other bookings full payment upon arrival.

Parking is free between 17:00 – 9:00 and on weekends.

Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

Please note there is no lift.

The credit or debit card used to book must be presented upon check-in. If a company is paying on behalf of the guest, please contact the hotel directly after confirming your booking.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please inform Brackenbury Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
